Key Accountabilities:
Risk Analysis (80%)

Manage the full cycle of analysis starting from understanding the business requirements, data collection, programming, analyzing data, and reporting the results.

Manage or co-ordinate program implementation including developing specifications, implementing, and monitoring the program characteristics.

Make recommendations specific to managing credit risk while managing to the growth, profitability, and compliance objectives of the organization.

Work with internal customers - mainly systems, operations, and marketing -- and/or vendors.

Oversee the work of analysts in addition to producing reports and analysis on new and existing programs.

Develop, maintain, and improve program policies and procedures.

Compliance (20%)

Ensure compliance of policies and procedures.


4-year college degree in a quantitative discipline required. Master degree preferred. 4+ years analytical or equivalent experience - preferably in financial services.

Proficient in SAS, SQL, Oracle, UNIX, and MS Office.

Strong analytical, technical and statistical skills with proven ability to process vast amounts of data into meaningful information.

Strong presentation skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint. Strong communication skills & ability to work independently.

Credit card or related experience required.

Proven record in problem solving and business innovation.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fun and fast-paced environment.

Portfolio management experience is a plus.
