The Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC – AML, OFAC/Sanctions and Anti- Bribery and Corruption) organization within JPMorgan Chase & Co. is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and oversight of the JPMC GFCC Program.

General Responsibilities:
The GFCC Risk Assessment LOB Associate role is a compliance position responsible for supporting the Enterprise Risk Assessment process in partnership with the LOBs.

Under the direction the LOB Risk Assessment Leads, the individual in this role will help to deliver the Annual Risk Assessment by coordinating across GFCC Sectors/Regions and Core teams, the Oversight and Controls organization and their LOB.

The primary focus areas are:
methodology definition, assessment compilation and reporting.

Job Duties:
·

For the respective LOB:
·

Participate in Workstream functions including scope definition and survey compilation;

·

Draft roll-up reports on risk assessment;

·

Participate in the identification of risk factors and typologies for inclusion in the Risk Assessment process;

·

Support the definition of ‘Risk Assessment Unit’ Structure and Reporting Scope

·

Draft and edit Survey Scope and Questions;

·

Assist in the review and confirmation of Legal Entities Risk Assessment Structure

·

Review and revise line of business reports;

·

Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management briefings on risk assessment;

attend as needed; and

·

Assist in the preparation for reviews with regulators.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
·

3+ years financial services industry experience with specific AML and Sanctions Compliance and Risk Assessment experience preferred;

·

Analytical skills, problem solving, good critical thinking and decision making skills;

·

Familiarity with products and services of the relevant Line of Business

·

Operates effectively at significant detailed level; attention to quality outputs

·

Desire to learn quickly, be flexible and think strategically;

·

Strong

written and oral communication

·

Strong skills in time management and problem solving;

·

Highly skilled in Excel and Powerpoint; and

·

Accustomed to a steep learning curve.
