We currently have an opening for a Risk & Compliance Analyst within the Advisory Services Team at our corporate office in Phoenix, Arizona. The Risk & Compliance Analyst s primary function is to implement active client consulting engagements. This involves managing numerous tasks across a diverse project portfolio including culture and knowledge surveys, code of conduct evaluations, compliance program and risk assessments, data benchmarking, and research projects.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage and implement tasks associated with assigned client consulting projects
Work with Advisory Services team members on client engagements and other assignments, as needed
Collaborate with members of other departments and/or functions on projects, as needed
Administer survey applications and other project tools and models
Conduct project related research and data mining, as needed
Perform detailed quantitative and qualitative data analysis and prepare data charts, tables, scorecards, heat maps, etc.
Draft client reports with findings and recommendations
Actively contribute to the development/improvement of processes, models and tools for existing consulting products, and to new product development
Assist sales team with pre-sales briefings, presentations and client proposals
Consistently deliver quality results according to set deadlines
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics or similar field with quantitative aspects
Well developed numerical, analytical and critical reasoning skills
Experience with survey software a plus
Experience with Access or otherwise building and maintaining databases a plus
Ability to perform advanced modeling, calculations and analysis using Excel
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, including business/report writing and use of PowerPoint
Strong oral and written communication skills
Results-oriented; focused on quality and client satisfaction; demonstrates initiative, finds solutions, effectively multitasks and prioritizes
Ability to consider the big picture while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to function well as a team member and to manage others in a fast-paced team environment

Required experience: 0 - 2 years
Minimum required education: Bachelor's Degree
