Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park their choice for gaming entertainment; responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members in order to provide superior guest service.
Hires, motivates, evaluates and directs departmental staff, ensuring team members receive the training, support, adequate guidance and necessary resources to accomplish established objectives.
Prepares department operating budget, and manages department within that budget once it is approved.
Coordinates with other Hard Rock properties to achieve desire corporate results.
Maintains an active and visible position in the local community and industry.
Participates in community activities, team member functions and guest events.
Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
Other duties as assigned.
