Primary Responsibilities:

Collect, reconcile and balance all delivery, sales, samples and other branch invoices.

Process cash and checks for bank deposit.

Process end of day reports.

Field invoice inquiries from retail delivery or Corporate AR; implement timely responses and resolutions.

Maintain orderly records of route invoices to ensure expedient retrieval.

Adhere to all state liquor laws and regulations.

Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.

Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company’s Core Values at all times.
