Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or live chat.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up on customer interactions
