Understand and report on key business metrics; use information to spear head continuous improvements across the organization
Facilitate the implementation of Business Intelligence reporting and data structures
Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performances on KPIs, including but not limited to a centralized view on reporting. Work to integrate reporting from various systems to develop unified comprehensive view of the business
Develop and provide reporting to management regarding call center performance
Prepare performance metrics used to help evaluate efficiency and effectiveness
Perform ad-hoc reporting related to operational performance management.
Assist with mentoring and developing WFMT Team
Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Bachelor's or Master's degree, with concentration in Business, Finance, Operations or MIS preferred
Strong business analyst and quantitative skills; 2+ years of experience in position requiring financial and quantitative analysis
Must be proficient in data metrics and analysis including forecast analysis and scheduling
Advanced PC Skills; including proven skills in results tools such as MS Access, and Excel, Micro Strategy, SAS and SQL is a plus, but not required
Superior interpersonal and leadership skills with proven ability to develop and motivate employees to exceed performance standards
Strong analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills including grammatical and proofreading skills
Works well in a fast-paced environment with a keen attention to detail
