We are seeking a sales analyst who wants to see his or her insights translated directly into sales success and have a serious impact on the company ’s success. This position is a critical role that collects, analyzes, tracks and reports sales and marketing data to the company ’s senior executive management team.
The Sales Analyst will be responsible for: Reviewing daily sales data on all of our incredible FDM products at our largest retailers, identifying any important trends or issues and summarizing it all for the executive management team. Supporting the VP of Sales and other Senior Management on preparation of sales materials, presentations and any other needs regarding sales data and analysis. Developing process to ensure accurate tracking of customer trade programs, deal sheets, pricing lists, adherence to deal approval process and pricing guidelines, and periodic review of trade accruals. Supporting development of monthly budget and forecast, reconciliations, and analyses – identify key growth drivers, gain alignment with sales leadership, and provide key insight to ensure delivery of plan and financial goals.
Perform ad hoc analyses that require problem solving, providing insightful analysis of business results to Senior Management, and potentially influencing stakeholders on recommendations to drive the business. Drive business partner engagement, interaction, alignment, satisfaction and experience across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Accounting. Manage and analyze the success of our outbound calling team to ensure we are maximizing their effort. Analyze and report on results from public relations, demo, and any and all marketing efforts.
