Veridex, LLC, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Sales Analytics Manager, located in Raritan, NJ.
Veridex, LLC provides cancer diagnostic products that will enable earlier disease detection and as well as more accurate staging, monitoring and therapeutic management of cancer patients. The company's flagship product is the CELLSEARCH™ system which can identify, enumerate, and characterize circulating tumor cells directly from a single tube of blood.
The Sales Analytics Manager is responsible for field sales support through business analytics activities: Assisting sales and marketing management in constructing sales forecasts and budgets. Developing and facilitating key business assessments focused on identifying opportunities and risks associated with achieving plans. Consolidating and evaluating demand forecasts by territory including 30-60-90 day sales funnels. Analyzing past performance as a predictor of future demand. Developing and publishing sales scorecards with key metrics for measuring performance and assessing health of the business and prospects for future growth. Evaluating territory alignments and developing scenarios for increased field resources. Managing compensation planning and execution. Developing linkages between market research data and sales execution. Providing financial, statistical and/or business analyses on complex business situations including pricing and contracting. Monitoring and resolving issues in the development and implementation of plans and tools to facilitate and improve sales and marketing functions. Liaison to IT for the development and maintenance of analytics systems and sales force automation to support sales and marketing.
A minimum of a BA/BS degree (preferable in Finance) paired with a minimum of 5 years of related experience is required. MBA a plus. Must have a minimum of 8 years general work experience. Previous experience in a sales or marketing environment is strongly preferred. To be successful in the role the ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills and strong business acumen. Strong written and communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and interface with all levels of leaders and staff within the organization. Previous experience with creating incentive compensation plans is strongly preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook required. This role requires the candidate to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%. Experience with partnering with sales leaders with regards to Incentive Compensation, Sales Force Automation, sales reporting and territory alignments are highly desirable.
