Under the direction of the Luxury Retail Management, the incumbent is responsible for providing superior Guest Service to all guests, that which is typically found in a luxury retail environment. This store features jewelry pieces from Judith Ripka, Chopard and Bvlgari. Must possess the ability to multitask proficiently while promoting the culture of Guest Service. Must possess the ability to maintain, establish, and develop guest rapport; building quality guest relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business, including the meticulous up-keep of guest??s profiles. Must demonstrate proficiency in product knowledge/selling techniques of luxury products/brands. Must possess the ability to increase sales and strive to achieve daily/monthly/annual budgetary goals via knowledge, service and repeat sales/business. Must possess the ability to insure impeccable store appearance to standards. Assists with inventories to insure a complete and accurate count of merchandise. Must be professional, courteous, and have a friendly demeanor. Must be proficient in register transactions and have ability to adapt to new technology. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English, required. Must possess a clear, pleasant speaking voice and good hearing to insure effective communication. Previous selling experience providing personalized guest service with luxury products / brands, required. Must successfully complete a math test and writing sample. Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a high-end jewelry sales environment with a focus on world class guest service, preferred. High School diploma or GED required.
