WHAT DOES A RETAIL SALES REP AT JMFG DO?

We are continuing to increase our Sales team and are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join us as a Retail Sales Representative for the Spokane market. The Retail Sales Representative position is accountable for meeting Profitable Sales and Merchandising objectives set for key accounts in the market. Responsibilities include category analysis, working plan-o-grams for specific product categories at store level, as well as selling in authorized products and promotions at store level.

REQUIRED SKILLS
•Execute Plan-O-Grams and present data analysis to assist in managing perishable categories.
•Implement customer approved Plan-o-gram sets at store level Sell in approved authorized items as well as account promotions at store level
•Check Price and promotion compliance
•Support and sell secondary displays, as well as merchandising and positioning our brands.
•Hit specific ACV targets for each SKU and each account
•Work on other projects as assigned.
•Career Advancement Opportunity: This position also includes training in Trade systems in order to move into a Key Account Manager role
AM I QUALIFIED TO BE A RETAIL SALES REP?
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
•BS or BA degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
•1-3 years sales experience
•Experience and knowledge in the Food Marketing area preferred, but not necessary
•Experience and knowledge in Data analysis, IRI or Nielson, preferred but not necessary
•Valid driver's license is a must
•Must be highly motivated, with a high level of integrity, and possess excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
•Strong computer skills utilizing MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
•Be willing to travel up to 25%
