ZELTIQ has an outstanding SAP Systems Analyst opportunity for an enterprise resource planning systems specialist to maintain and enhance the SAP Business One infrastructure of a rapidly growing enterprise. This position is in a dynamic environment and the successful candidate will need to be a self-starting, quick learning, detail oriented, highly motivated individual that works well in a team setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned.):

Maintain existing SAP Business One system and all associated add-ons; test and implement new add-ons.
Maintain SAP and SQL server user security controls.
Use MS SQL Query Language to create queries to support management needs.
Perform analysis, design and coding and unit testing of complex system functionality and/ or defect correction.
Apply knowledge of and proficiency with database tools and utilities and Microsoft SQL Server, as well as SQL and database performance tuning skills.
Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues to minimize impact and future occurrences.
Gather, analyze and influence user and system requirements.
Identify and create solutions to improve system performance and availability.
Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA’s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, the Canadian Medical Device Regulations, and all other international regulatory requirements with which ZELTIQ complies.


Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
2 years experience supporting SAP Business One.
Working knowledge of COBIT and IT security provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley act of 2002.
Experience creating custom queries and reports from SAP Business One.
Strong working knowledge of each business unit’s data requirements in a medical device company.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
