The Customer Facing team focuses on providing integrated SAP CRM solutions across customer touch points including Sales, Marketing, Order Processing, Service, and Customer Contact Centers. Each of these positions will support the functional design, documentation, configuration, and deployment in one or more of the following areas:
Reporting & Dashboards
SAP CRM Integrations
Applicants will be expected to bring relevant IT and Sales and Marketing experience to the position as well as a willingness to develop strong SAP knowledge in terms of functional design and configuration.
Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Design, create, and document SAP blueprint design and implementation in support of relevant sales and marketing functions in multiple businesses and subsidiaries.
Participate in design workshops representing a process or sub-process for a region or Business Unit to define the overall application and technical requirements.
Work with other functional teams to ensure components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operational requirements.
Review all deliverables throughout the project lifecycle to ensure completeness, consistency, quality and requirement traceability. Identify and resolve design issues, participate and provide critique for design reviews.
Create, execute, and document all unit, integration, and regression testing when applicable.
High School Diploma.
Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst or Functional Analyst Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in development/support of Customer Facing I.T. applications including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, eBusiness, or Order Processing systems.
Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Past experience with SAP CRM, SAP ECC/ERP, PI and related software.
Experience with one or more of the following technologies: CRM, Sales Operations, Point of Sale processing, eMarketing, SQL database design, and/or IT reporting tools.
Experience in requirements analysis, process design, and good documentation skills.
Good judgment, decision-making, and communication skills to objectively understand an issue and negotiate a resolution.
Project management and communication skills. Project Management certification a plus.
Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and deliver results in a high pressure, high profile environment. Proven ability to identify, focus, and own, high priority tasks to manage delivery to project timelines.
Willingness to travel on occasional basis (up to 10%).
