Maintain and stabilize HR modules in the SAP system. Respond to SAP HR production issues and research causes of problems. Propose and test corrective actions with HR team members. Work with management and end users to effect change. Track progress and closure of issues. Provide end user training. Act as a liaison between end users and consultants for reports, spec. designs, and program testing.
