Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of SAP Security Design Architect located in Concord, CA through August 9, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Reviews and approves SAP security change requests, and govern and steward the SAP Security Design.
Provide guidance on SAP security standards, principles and processes.
Keeps abreast and up-to-date with latest tools and technology on SAP Security.
Works closely with Internal and external IT auditors as well as Information Risk Management resources to address compliance and audit issues.
Spearheads initiatives and process improvements and ensure completion and realization.
Access Provisioning - Creation & maintenance of user access in SAP ECC, BI, APO, Netweaver, MDM/MDG systems
Authorization Management - Maintenance of SAP Security roles. This includes activities such as role creation and decommissioning, and resolution of authorization issues
SOX Access Reviews - Administration of the User Access Reviews (UAR) and SOD Conflict Reviews (both SOD and SOD Cross-Application)
Audit Inquiries - reply to audit inquiry and findings relation to SAP Security.
Communicates incident status / clarifies issues with business partner
Participate in Root Cause Analysis investigations.
Develop and/or update documentation and training materials
Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science or related work experience
Five or more years experience in SAP Security Application design & support
Highly motivated and a self-starter
Ability to work effectively within a diverse team
Communicate very well, both orally and in writing, with business partners and technical peers.
Knowledge and understanding of GRC 10 AC components such as ARA (Access Risk Analysis), EAM (Emergency Risk management) and ARM (Access Risk management).
Experience implementing SAP Identity Management
Experience remediating Data Privacy issues
