- Application Management Support (Level 2/Level 3) for SAP SD and VC
- Provide deep functional & technical expertise to the team for SAP work process, applications & products. Assisting in definition of functional requirements. Helping ensure detailed project requirements are defined and managed. Performing functional & environment design and configuration.
- Perform adaptive & preventative maintenance planning & implementation. Responding to and perform impact analysis on incoming service requests.
- Assist with estimating new development and enhancement requests.
- Work with Service Support Manager to prioritize service requests and to resolve support issues based on service level agreements.
- Work with the client to understand business needs and objectives and assist in the design and implementation of new solutions.
- Review and clarify requirements, and develop designs to support defined business requirements, participate in detailed design reviews, review test plans, and provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
- Track performance and report progress against work package and team goals.
- Participate in process improvement efforts.
- Build strong relationships with the business partners.

Job Requirements At least 2 years SAP SD/VC (Variant Configurator) Functional Support experience in Automotive Industry
* At least 2 years experience in SAP Sales and Distribution configuration (i.e. Contracts, Quotes, Orders, Customer Management, Pricing, Variant Configuration)
* At least 2 years experience in Implementations using an automotive OEM using VMS
* At least 2 years experience in SAP MM skills around material master, BOM, and inventory management.
* Familiar with Incident and Change Management or ITIL Processes
* Strong Problem Solving skills and English Communication skills
* Bachelors Degree IT Management or equivalent experience required
* Proven background of consulting and support at Business Manager level prefered
* ITIL Foundations knowledge preferred
