Job Responsibilities:

The SAP Trainer will provide instructor led and web-based training on the functional and technical aspects of our SAP product suite. Develops training aids, creates and modifies training documentation and User Guides as needed. Collaborates on the instructional development process by enhancing/testing/editing training materials and by providing feedback regarding flow, features and exercises. Works closely with Implementation Project Managers and Lead Consultants to develop customized client training plans, review client components and customize user guides accordingly.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with Implementation team to develop customized training plans, review Blueprint and update user guides to client specifics. 25%
Delivers functional and technical training to clients and internal associates. 50%

Keeps current and proficient on all new product functionality, as well as existing offerings. 10%

Participates in the instructional development process by modifying material as needed. Develop and use training aides to enhance knowledge transfer in learners. 5%

Participates in the development and maintenance of a global training environment 10%

We will provide training on the GlobalView (SAP HCM) Product.

Qualifications Required

(Experience, Skills, Academic):
Education: BA or BS in education, business, human resources or other related field or equivalent experience.

Experience: At least 3 years experience in SAP HR or Payroll. 1 - 2 years Training experience

Prior implementation project experience helpful. Approximately 50-70% travel required

Skills: Proven proficiency in delivering training/facilitating learning.

Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities and changing needs and prioritize tasks to meet project timelines.

Positive and helpful attitude and commitment to quality and customer service.

Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Excellent platform skills.

Must also be demonstrating the use of group processing and adult learning technologies.

Self starter with the ability to work independently and seek guidance as required Demonstrated proficiency in advanced computer and database literacy.

Advance knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

We will provide training on the GlobalView (SAP HCM) ProductLanguage skills: English, Spanish.
