Under the direction of the Manager of Student Affairs, serve as the primary administrative contact responsible for the management of SELECT medical student rotations and events at LVHN. REQUIRED: Familiarity with the medical student Match process preferred (including ERAS and NRMP). Familiarity with LCME and FERPA requirements preferred Experience with student information systems (i.e. E-Value and VSAS) preferred.
Experience with learning management systems preferred (i.e. Blackboard, Canvas). Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, or Healthcare Administration. Masters degree preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint required. Specific knowledge and experience working with students – specifically medical students – preferred Strong demonstrated writing skills required. Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills required. Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively required.
Ability to creatively problem solve, use good judgment to make decisions, work independently with minimal supervision and function within a dynamic work team environment. Ability to initiate, accept and adapt to change. Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with wide variety of individuals and groups from within LVHN and the community.
