About the SEM Campaign Manager Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced, analytical and naturally curious Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Campaign Manager with excellent communication skills. This position contributes directly to the bottom line at InfoSpace. The SEM Campaign Manager is responsible for the creation, management and optimization of search engine marketing campaigns that will increase margin and ROI for the InfoSpace SEM business. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing an extremely large portfolio and will bring new perspectives and ideas on optimizing campaigns, team process, landing pages, etc. supported with data and analysis.

As the SEM Campaign Manager, you will:
Manage a portfolio of SEM campaigns from keyword discovery through campaign setup, performance analysis and optimization.
Communicate strategy and tactics to team, report on performance insights and next steps
Investigate and communicate the impact of market (e.g. Google updates) and seasonal factors on profit and identify strategies to mitigate risk
Conduct competitive research and execute tests to improve ad formats and landing pages
Suggest new campaign management features for InfoSpace SEM Tools
Independently seek out new opportunities to grow the business that may include A/B testing, new revenue or traffic sources, campaign re-structuring, tool enhancements, bid optimization strategies, etc.
Skills & Requirements
3-5 years of experience managing multiple PPC campaigns and/or large volume accounts
Proven track record of leveraging data analytics to drive significant business impact
Experience creating successful desktop and mobile SEM campaigns and optimizing the entire end-to-end experience from ad to conversion through testing (Google ACE, A/B testing) and analysis
Heavy analytics skills for data-driven decision making, disseminating actionable insights; technical skills in Excel and SQL a plus
Ability to manage accounts and initiatives proactively with minimal supervision, strong problem solving and time-management skills
Strong business acumen, critical thinking ability, risk management and attention to detail
Experience using PPC Management tools – Google AdWords Editor and Google Analytics, Microsoft AdCenter Desktop
Experience with bid management and web analytics tools a plus
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) knowledge is helpful, but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
