Viacom Media Networks is conducting a search for a Sr. Delivery Analyst; Digital Ad Operations and will be responsible for helping maximize the revenue generated by Viacom Media Networks digital media. The Sr. Delivery Analyst will work with various stakeholders during all critical stages of the sales cycle. This includes product development, deal structuring (e.g. deal metrics, pricing, volume and creative formats), campaign fulfillment, and client retention. The Sr. Delivery Analyst is also responsible for strategic problem solving, with a thorough understanding of advertising campaign levers, optimization and reporting.

• Optimally monetize Viacom Media Networks online media and exceed goals for digital revenue.
• Accurately forecast inventory availability and marketplace demand.
• Establish pricing of ad products and sponsorship packages.
• Develop, evaluate and approve deals (deal metrics, creative formats, impression volumes and pricing) to maximize revenue.
• Monitor campaign delivery and develop and implement strategies to improve campaign performance and meet advertiser objectives.
• Work closely with sales and site teams on the following but not limited to: developing media plans, negotiate and close contracts, budget/forecasting and revenue/pipeline monitoring and developing strategies to maximize value of inventory based on market demand.
• Identify opportunities to and implement solutions that increase the effectiveness and efficiencies of the Digital Operations departments, including the development of tools, process and reports related to job responsibilities


• B.A. or B.S. Degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or other analytically and quantitatively focused field
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
• Must have advanced-level MS Excel proficiency
• Demonstrate proficiency in mathematical calculations and spreadsheet-based analysis
• Must possess very strong analytic, strategic problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to manage and prioritize the needs of multiple customers
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, employees, external clients and 3rd party vendors
