The Sr. Consultant will typically have two main focus areas: billable project work-focused on solving specific client goals and challenges and managing one or more larger projects that would typically include multiple components and individuals. The goal is for 80% of the Consultant’s time to be spent working with clients on billable projects.
What you will do:
Consult, manage, and execute engagements to achieve objectives and high client satisfaction levels
Participate in new consultant business acquisition efforts through development of solution recommendations and proposal materials.The Sr.
Consultant advises clients on how to provide solutions for their business needs
Create and deliver presentations that include a roadmap with data driven, actionable recommendations for client marketing strategy/execution
May manage or be the overseer of projects based on subject matter expertise which will include managing other consultant’s deliverables
What you will need:
Ability to work with multiple clients and across consulting teams and put a compelling storyline together
Ability to leverage your skills on multiple work streams as a lead, project manager, or subject matter expert
Understand business/technology strategy
SME in a vertical area
Persuasion and Negotiation skills
