Duties and Responsibilities Manage and refine Search Engine Optimization and strategies Specific knowledge on how to achieve top placement in Google, Yahoo, Bing and others Provide analysis of website performance using a range of traffic reporting tools, keyword research tools, and competitive analysis Analyze on-site and off-site optimization tactics and make recommendations to improve the performance of the website Social media and online marketing campaigns Strong understanding of website optimization techniques including usability analysis and web analytics software Design, manage and analyze PPC campaigns, including Google Adwords Knowledge and Skill Requirements BA/BS; or equivalent work experience required 2 or more years experience with responsibility for managing a paid search budget (preferred) Technical programming capabilities in HTML, CSS, and Java Script Knowledge of web analytic tools, including Google Analytics Ability to analyze data and produce actionable, measurable information and strategies using analytic tools SEO, PPC campaigns, website development, direct marketing, social media and link building skills Extensive online background with solid understanding of web site best practices, online principles, measurements, and consumer behavior Knowledge of WordPress, Dreamweaver (preferred) Demonstrated ability to increase customer acquisition rates via SEM techniques and strategies Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail Strong written and communication skills Can work effectively both independently and in a team environment Next Steps Please visit our website at www.fintools.com to view the business activities of MITI and the market segments that we serve.
