Reprise Media is seeking an energetic, proactive and analytically-minded person to join our SEO team. The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager is responsible for helping Reprise Media clients achieve improved rankings in organic search results. The SEO Manager develops, implements, and manages SEO campaigns for Reprise Medias blue chip client roster. The job includes a great deal of client contact and cross-team collaboration between Sales, Client Services, Media, Operations and Product Management.
Translate clients business goals into successful search engine optimization strategies
Perform technical site analysis, competitive/keyword research, and link analysis
Optimize various site elements, including site structure, link popularity and copywriting
Develop ongoing customer reports, which yield qualitative and quantitative trends for ongoing SEO efforts
Establish and maintain project management processes to manage multiple SEO projects at one time
Work with cross functional departments to develop and track all details of SEO initiatives
Collaborate with Client Services and Media departments to feed SEO-specific findings into broader online and offline media strategy
2+ years prior SEO and management experience is essential for this role; candidates who do not possess SEO experience will not be considered
Basic knowledge of website design and development Familiarity with paid placement (e.g. Overture, AdWords, Tier II engines)
Understanding of site analytics tools (e.g. SiteCatalyst, Hitbox, Webtrends)
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, particularly in the area of explaining technical concepts to those in non-technical roles
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Proficient in project management applications (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
