We are seeking an experienced SEO/SEM Marketing Manager to drive principally lead acquisition for our website security solution.
This is a critical role in WhiteHat. You will be building the core creative, production, and analytic capabilities for our paid and organic acquisition efforts in existing and new SME and Enterprise markets. You need to balance both vision and strategy with feet-on-the-ground implementation details.
Create and execute marketing plans and SEM/SEO campaigns for the WhiteHat brand and key targets: SME, Enterprise.
Oversee the development of creative for marketing campaigns by providing guidance to internal partners and external agencies.
Focus on the development of CRM and email marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention.
Lead the design and development of reporting and analytics.
Run and evaluate campaign effectiveness, employing A/B testing of messages and offers.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and post-mortems to evaluate effectiveness of marketing programs.
Deep familiarity with search, online media, and social channels.
Robust understanding of web analytics, reporting and tracking tools.
Self-motivated leader with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record reflecting strong analytical, project management, and organizational abilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
3+ years of experience in online B2B marketing with a focus on quantitative analysis.
Solid understanding of traditional marketing techniques.
Passion for and experience in the charitable space (either personally or professionally).
Previous start-up and/or digital agency experience a strong plus.
