Greet guests and introduce self with a smile and a pleasant disposition.
Be familiar with menu, food preparation.
Observe and anticipate guests needs. Keep tables cleared between courses. Refill beverages throughout the meal.
Complete side work and any additional tasks assigned.
Inform immediate supervisor of situations with guests or fellow workers that cannot be handled directly.
Bus tables after guest leave; wipe off entire table, chairs, and booth seats; reset tables in proper manner, inspecting silverware for cleanliness; check floor area of assigned station keeping it free
food service experience.
Able to lift and carry trays weighing 15 pounds or more.
Must be well groomed.
