Interface is searching for a Service Desk Analyst in LaGrange, GA.
The Service Desk Analyst is a key function in the delivery of IT services to the business. This role serves as the single first point of contact for all internal technology issues and requests, resolving most without the need for escalation while providing excellent customer service. He/She will record, process and track all Incidents and Service Request in the ITSM system and owns incidents, problems and end-user administration processes in IT.
Candidates must have:
Excellent time management, communications, decision making, and organization skills
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals and technical procedures
Sound knowledge and experience supporting desktop, laptop, tablets, mobile devices and office productivity applications and basic network configuration and settings
Sound knowledge and experience supporting PC and MAC environments
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to assess, recognize and document issues; perform root cause analysis and contribute to organizational knowledge
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Two years working in a Service Desk call center (phone) support environment
In addition to the above requirements, it is preferred that applicants will have:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or CIS is strongly preferred
