Perform General Systems Engineering and Integration (GSE&I) and Technical Review (TR) activities for the acquisition of SIGINT payload subsystems as part of the program office for a major satellite system acquisition. Specific duties include: · Review and assessment of contractor designs, including analysis and simulation of expected and measured payload performance. · Review and assessment of contractor integration and test plans, and acceptance test data. · Participation in anomaly review teams, providing recommendations for root-cause determination and corrective actions. · Identification, tasking, and management of appropriate ETG subject matter experts. Evaluations of performance, programmatic cost and schedule constraints will be required in assessing technical risk and mitigation plans. Will work closely with customer counterparts to define priorities, internal and external activities, and guide the application of Aerospace ETG resources. Will formulate and present positions and recommendations on technical issues, contribute to future planning activities, and brief the customer on high interest topics. Domestic travel will be required (approx 1-2 trips per month)
BS in electrical engineering, or other engineering specialty consistent with satellite payload design, development, integration, and test is required.
1 2 or more years related experience is required · Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team consisting of customer, contractor, Aerospace and SETA personnel .

Comprehensive knowledge in one or more of the following disciplines: RF systems engineering, RF system design, SIGINT-related Digital Signal Processing/Algorithm development, High-speed digital circuit board design, High-reliability space electronics acquisition.
Current TS/SCI Clearance
Demonstrated ability to lead teams consisting of Aerospace ETG, and other Aerospace and contractor personnel.
Comprehensive knowledge in one or more of the following disciplines: RF/Microwave circuit design, Hybrid design or manufacturing, MMIC design, ASIC/FPGA design, Signal Integrity Analysis, Worst-case circuit analysis
Familiarity with Mil- and Aerospace Mission Assurance standards and related processes.
Previous experience in program office hardware acquisition.
