This position requires an individual to research, draft, and update Policies and SIGINT dissemination guidance for analysts operating under SIGINT authorities as well as customers who are gaining access to SIGINT at its earliest point of relevance
The individual will draft new guidance based on developing requirements and coordinate updates to existing policy with the appropriate production, customer engagement, Corporate, and SIGINT Directorate Policy offices, and Second party or military Signals and Cryptanalytic Exploitation as needed
Recognizing the expanded growth in modernizing how SIGINT is analyzed and disseminated, the individual will assist in dissemination accountability and dissemination at its earliest point of relevance
These efforts will include a supporting role to policy development to compliance standards for dissemination, data retention, data tagging, and the application of smart data headers
Requires Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph (CCAs accepted)
Individual must have a minimum of four years experience in SIGINT reporting and/or analysis
Knowledge of Agency-related policies, directives, executive orders and laws
Understanding of the SIGINT production cycle and associated requirements for access to SIGINT
Familiarity with the IC and DoD composition
Familiarity with reporting policies and guidance as well as with the corporate tools used in reporting at the tactical, operational, or strategic level
The individual must have used current or legacy SIGINT reporting systems
1 year of demonstrated experience working on primary or senior level staff in the federal government or military
2 years of combined demonstrated experience in federal government acquisition discipline within DoD
2 years of combined experience in planning and scheduling, risk analysis/management, process analysis, and basic research gathering
2 years of combined experience in singularly creating and editing documents
