Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in position relevant field. Two years recent experience in health related or position relevant setting. Strong demonstrated written and verbal communication skills; planning and organizational skills. Able to comfortably interact with faculty, staff, students and community members. Able to develop and conduct training sessions. Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others. Ability to perform all tasks and job responsibilities safely without injury to self and others in compliance with A&M System and HSC guidelines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Able to work outside regular work hours as needed.

Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s degree in health related field or position relevant field. Experience teaching students or health professionals; utilizing simulation technology; working as a standardized patient. License or certification in health related field. Demonstrated proficiency with simulation equipment in a health education environment; experience developing curriculum and conducting training sessions.

Job Detail:
The Simulation Coordinator will schedule and coordinate activities and assist with the day-to-day operations in the Clinical Learning Resource Centers ( CLRC ). The primary location is Round Rock, Texas, Clinical Learning Resource Center. Other duties as assigned.
