Greet and welcome guests, establish rapport, and provide excellent service by answering questions, resolving disputes and adhering to guest requests.
Provide slot guests with personalized attention, as well as, promote, process, and enroll new Players Club members.
Maintain general property knowledge and act as an informational resource for all guest inquiries.
Monitor the assigned area and attend to the guest’s needs by responding to jackpots and ensuring a comfortable guest experience.
Perform minor machine repairs.
Accurately maintain a cash bank/drawer involving Company funds.
Verify and ID guests to ensure that all players are of the legal gaming age.
Maintain a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere that provides guests with an exceptional gaming experience and ensures efficient operations.
Notify supervisor/manager of any suspicious or unusual activity and/or transactions in a timely and responsible manner.
Proactively resolve any guest issue that arises, including the coordination of departmental assistance when necessary.
Other related duties as necessary.
At least 6 months of guest service experience.
At least 6 months of hospitality experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
At least 6 months of casino experience.
Previous money handling experience.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
