SMB Advertising is looking for a highly motivated Program Manager focused on growing and managing our Americas organization. As the Program Manager for Team Enablement, you will run our rhythm of the business, partnering closely with Finance, HQ, and A&O sales to manage the revenue and operational metric reporting across the region. You will play a key role in building a healthy workplace environment by managing our employee engagement and people rhythm, supporting key programs such as management excellence, employee-led workgroup improvements, and regional communications. You will manage the organization’s operating budget in collaboration with Finance and the management team. Finally, you will drive our budgeting, forecasting and incentive compensation processes, in partnership with Finance, A&O, Search Business Group, and HQ stakeholders. This role is also central to planning and preparing for key milestones in the Microsoft business calendar such as, Mid-Year Review, MSPoll, and Business Plan Review. We are looking for a self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing environment, tolerate ambiguity, and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. Key Accountabilities

  • Rhythm of the Business:
§ Lead and facilitate Business Reviews across GSDS Americas, including preparation of internal review across all GSDS functions, preparation and delivery of regional MBU to leadership, and coordination and delivery of market and area-level reviews to A&O teams in region

§ Facilitate successful methodology of plan / brief / execute / debrief to drive excellence in business rhythm

§ Partner with Finance and Analytics Enablement teams to drive process and reporting system improvements

§ Drive key planning and reporting milestones including Mid-Year Review and Business Plan Review

§ Develop and track detailed operational budget for next fiscal year partnering with Finance stakeholders

§ Manage contract-based reporting analyst

§ Performing ad hoc financial analysis and modeling

  • Team Enablement:
§ Support Microsoft annual people rhythm by driving strong employee engagement and support to the management team

§ Facilitate / project manage employee-led MSPoll action planning

§ Ensure team completion of all required training and field readiness and manage learning & development budgets to foster employee education and professional development

§ Support management excellence and Diversity & Inclusion leadership programs

§ Drive employee engagement and communication programs, partnering closely with MSPoll champs, management teams, and HQ

§ Lead and execute annual employee summit

  • Additional Project Management:
§ Project manage key management processes such as Annual Review and FastStart

§ Project manage ad-hoc tactical business initiatives

§ Performing business operations modeling /capacity planning to feed into Long Range Planning

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

1. Essential Experience

  • Proven business experience, preferably within the media, software or online industries
  • General process management and/or planning skills required
  • Must have prior experience in Finance or Sales Excellence functions, particularly supporting employees on incentive compensation plans
2. Technical / Functional Skills

  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
  • Must demonstrate outstanding Excel skills
  • Sharepoint configuration and management experience
  • Database and SQL familiarity
