POSITION PURPOSE -
Coordinate and implement social media programs and tactics. Responsibilities include implementation of objectives, strategies and tactics; and stewardship of social media plans in conjunction with marketing goals. Position oversees both channel and campaign activations.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -
30%-Program/Channel Mgmt: Implement social media strategy, coordinate with company stakeholders & encourage adoption of social media techniques into corporate culture and company's products/services. Manage social media campaigns
30%-Program/Channel Mgmt: Maintain social media editorial calendar, online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions & channel management. Advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues/answering questions. Ensure production of assets remains on schedule & strategy
15%-Organizational Alignment/Relationships; Build relationships with key internal stakeholders; media, agencies, creative teams, merchandising marketing, public relations, and community affairs.
1. Regularly feeds back insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing teams, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion
2. Recommend & design social marketing strategies to address issues, and special competitive situation based on trends, data and field input
15%-Reporting/Metrics: Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Utilize data tools to assist in reporting out program performance on an established basis

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS -
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -
Must be eighteen years of age
Must pass the Drug Test
Must pass the Background Check
Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable
EDUCATION REQUIRED -
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS -
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS -
Must be adept in Excel and Power Point
Highly collaborative team player who is focused, self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities and tight timelines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -
Professional experience associated with social media platforms and corresponding tools such as enterprise management, social listening, Google analytics, basic HTML, Omniture
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES -
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Solid understanding of various marketing tools
Strong analytically with demonstrated business planning skills
Positive, upbeat, can-do, professional and responsible attitude, independent and self-directed yet also team oriented
Influential; practiced in negotiating with others in ways that result in win-win outcomes
Ability to work with other team members in either a support or leadership role
Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
