The SQL Data Operations Analyst is responsible for the management, performance accuracy and security of all incoming data feeds and in use at The Burchfield Group. The SQL Data Operations Analyst will also support the audit and analytics groups by supplying them with accurate and timely access to claims data. Leadership -Continuously seek ways to enhance internal processes of loading and monitoring of claims load and audit systems load processes-Manages and maintains all client records related to the claims data to ensure accurate integration with company CRM and accounting systems-Creates and maintains proper data reporting structures to correctly link to the claims data for audit and analysis purposes-Ensures HIPAA security policies for protection of PHI are enforced Client Satisfaction -Accountable for the accuracy, reliability and integrity of all data-Strong data quality focus. Implements transparent processes to assure analysts and auditors that the data is clean and accurate at all times-Ensures the accuracy and timely loading of all claims data -Collaborates with audit and analyst staff to ensure all data transformations and mapping processes are accurate-Ensures proper linkages between claims system, CRM platform and accounting system-Manages and monitors FTP services for receiving incoming data Business Development -Creates, maintains, and tunes ETL process for both new and existing data feeds-Continuously seek ways to enhance internal processes of loading and monitoring of claims load and audit systems load processes Knowledge and Skills -Experience in developing and maintaining SQL Server Integration Services-Strong T-SQL writing skills with experience in SQL Server-Familiarity with relational and dimensional database design -Focus on tracking and tuning ETL speed and performance-Experience in creating, documenting and communicating processes Qualifications -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field-2+ years of data operations experience-2+ years of SQL Server experience (SQL 2008 or later)-1+ years of experience with SQL Server Integration Services-Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills-Experience in creating, documenting and communicating processes-Self-directed and self-motivated-Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work-Displays professionalism and a commitment to qualityThis position resides in our Mendota Heights, MN office.
