Looking for an experienced SQL Server DBA for a contract position in the Providence, RI area
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Manage a production environment consisting mainly SQL Server 2000 machines with a few 2005 implementations.
2. Manage HA solutions such as MS Cluster Server, SQL Replication, etc
3. Manage DR solutions such as Database Mirroring, Log Shipping.
4. Manage the database security models, both in-house developed as well as Windows Auth (AD) based security.
