As part of the Feld Career Center team, the Senior Recruiter will cultivate employers within specific sectors for the purpose of enhancing and expanding on- campus and off-campus recruiting programs for SMG students. The Senior Recruiter will establish strong relationships with key employers, alumni, faculty, and students in order to develop important networks and to keep abreast of employer needs. Key goals are to: increase opportunities for students to interview with companies both on-campus and off-campus, by effectively marketing the School of Management to targeted companies; systematically conduct research among prospective and current recruiters that clearly identifies their needs and how best to meet them; share information, analysis, and ideas from the marketplace with fellow staff members, for the purpose of better preparing students in their chosen career paths; serve as a continuing example of the professionalism, polish, and preparedness that recruiters should expect from the SMG community.
Requires: B.A./B.S., Master's Degree preferred, strong written and oral communication skills, working knowledge of Microsoft office, ability to deal with various constituencies and five to eight years of experience in corporate relations and/or consumer products/retail industry.
