Job Responsibilities:
The Sr. Lead Sales Operations Consultant position is an analyst role in the Enterprise Markets Group (EMG) Sales Channel responsible for sales, retention, and funnel forecasting, analysis, initiatives and driving overall improvement.

Additional projects include budget and headcount management, annual planning and Sales Compensation projects.

Daily responsibilities include management of Revenue, Retention and Forecasting reporting and analytics for the EMG Sales organization.

Generate daily, weekly and monthly business intelligence including sales, funnel and retention reports/analysis.

Assists on revenue assurance.

Assists management with customer level revenue analysis.

Generates complex reports, performs complex analysis and makes recommendations.

Acts as a subject matter expert for sales employees and peers. Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications :
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience (3+ years sales operations experience)

Must have strong communication (oral and written), analytical, problem solving, project management and presentation skills

Strong computer skills – Access, Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Sales Compensation experience would be a plus

Previous revenue reporting experience would be a plus
