Serve as the primary timekeeper for the School of Management. Coordinate and maintain several aspects of staff, temporary employee and student payroll. Create student payroll records in the student payroll system, create new temporary positions and review staff time sheets to ensure that they are complete, accurate and timely. Assist employees with payroll questions and issues that arise, and administer the vacation and sick tracking database for exempt staff.

Required Skills

Two years of college, B.A./B.S. preferred, proficient in MS Office, familiarity with SAP preferred, strong written and oral communication skills, ability to work with a diverse population and one to three years of related experience in payroll or bookkeeping.
