Under the management of the Director, supervise all customer service and reception area operations as well as coordinate the selection, processing, supervisor, and assignment of work-study staff. Require knowledge of all Graduate Programs Office programs and services, the ability to handle routine curricular and university questions and skill in referring non-routine issues to the proper staff person for response.

Required Skills

Requires: Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and one to three years of experience in customer service.
