Assumes the Supervisory Lead role for implementing components of the human capital management (HCM) implementation. Leads, directs, and participates in allstages implementation, which includes both business transformation and software installation. Works with the team to develop a coordinated project plan withlogical sequencing of tasks and associated milestones for the implementation.Creates system and procedural documentation and assists the implementation training team with the creation of training programs for the HCM software and new business processes. Lead functional post-implementation production support forPayroll, Time and Benefits; Manage and resolve defects related to these areas; Plan and implement cyclic updates; Coordinate and plan testing. Act as a liaison between the project team and the business process owner(s) for Payroll,Time and Benefits. Participate in strategy discussions and decisions relatedto Payroll and other HR/Finance functions; Facilitate group discussions relatedto business process improvement planning or new processes. Maintain functional design documents for Payroll, Time and Benefit processes. Develop, document and maintain functional requirements for subsequent technical development. Coordinate with the Training and Change Management Teams on creating and maintaining training materials, and providing training to end-users; Coordinate and manageintegration of Payroll, benefits and time with the rest of the HCM modules, Finance and SRM.
Bachelor's Degree, SAP background, 8 years' work experience, strong analytical, communication and writing skills, supervisory responsibilities and ability to work independently. Project/process management desirable.
