Work with the Associate Director for Multicultural Recruitment to manage, direct, and coordinate the strategic planning and implementation of on and off-campus multicultural student recruitment. Provide guidance to the professional staff in the University's efforts to increase the number of under-represented and first-generation-to-college students. Develop a multicultural student recruitment plan in collaboration with the Associate Director for Multicultural Recruitment. Supervise the coordinators (4) and membership (35) of the Admissions Student Diversity Board (ASDB).
B.A./B.S., strong attention to detail and organizational skills, experience with event planning, working with diverse populations, Microsoft Office and Word Press, and three to five years of experience.
