Work activities include:
Develops a Project Management methodology for the Commercial Organization that will standardize projects across the organization.
Partners with leadership throughout the Commercial Organization to understand their needs to be able to establish a clear scope, timeline and resource needs for initiatives.
Provide support throughout the Portfolio Management Lifecycle by managing approved projects and resourcing of project managers as needed.
Develops a Commercial Delivery tool kit with standardized templates and reports.
Proactively monitors risks, issues, and scope, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and escalation.
Drives and supports definition, delivery, and measurement of complex projects and moderately complex programs.
Responsible for managing multiple cross functional programs, projects, and tasks simultaneously to ensure successful delivery and alignment.Responsible for ensuring that Project Planning adheres to all SWA guidelines and best practices.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
Four year college degree required.
Graduate degree preferred.
Minimum of 7+years work experience in a single Business environment, including 4 years of experience leading teams and providing work direction, required.
5+ years of project management experience leading Teams, driving and delivering complex projects and programs.
2+ years change management experience preferred.
PMP/PMI certification or equivalent preferred.
Hands-on experience in project/portfolio resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budgeting required.
Experience leading projects and programs within cross functional business units, as well as projects and programs that involved external providers required.
Experience working with financial planning, business unit leaders, and service managers to develop and manage project and program budgeting and cost estimation approaches, resource allocation, and reallocations preferred.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with technology, financial planning, and business unit leaders to develop and manage project and program budgeting and cost estimation approaches, resource allocation, and reallocations preferred.
Experience monitoring value metrics to inform decisions that maximize returns across enterprise projects and programs preferred.
Experience monitoring the delivery of business objectives and Customer experience for PMO services preferred.
Experience working with Business Leaders to develop project and program resourcing strategies to ensure optimum support for projects preferred.
Demonstrated experience working with Business Leaders to develop project and program resourcing strategies to ensure optimum support for projects preferred.
Experience with ensuring the adoption and implementation of project and program management methodology and oversees project and program management coaching preferred.
Experience defining principles and standards to harmonize project management methodologies from third party or external service providers preferred.
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.

Must have proficient knowledge of strategic and financial analysis.
