Proactively and effectively manages the expectations of all Project Stakeholders with short, simple, and to-the-point communications.

Provides weekly progress reporting and any supporting data.

Makes summary presentations to Maintenance and Engineering Leadership.

Minimum Requirements BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

EDUCATION (Level, and degree if applicable)

Bachelor's degree in aviation, business, engineering, or a related field (Required)

Classroom training in Project Management (Required)


Two (2) or more years in project management for concurrent, cross-functional initiatives (Required)

Two (2) or more years in a Leadership role (Preferred)

Five (5) or more years in aviation/aerospace (Preferred)

Three (3) or more years experience in leading changes to business processes (Preferred)

2+ years of experience creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint required.

Must have experience creating agenda's and facilitating large meetings required.


PMP Certification or ability to obtain certification no later than the first six (6) months of employment (Required)


Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.

Basic knowledge of FAA certification requirements

Ability to succinctly define project requirements

Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
