Provide content for and maintain the three departmental websites. Facilitate the production of most printed department material (i.e., the design of parking coupons, parking permits, brochures, flyers, etc.). Handle the process for interdepartmental temporary parking pass purchases (Guest Passes) and the on-campus registration of bicycles. Work closely with the Director to complete special departmental projects as assigned, e.g. creating PowerPoint and graphical report presentations, drafting departmental communications and preparing statistical reports and specialized databases. Serve as a point-of-sale cashier and customer service representative along with three co-workers.

Required Skills

Two years of college or equivalent, B.A./B.S. preferred, excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail orientation, accuracy re billing and auditing projects, experience with Microsoft Excel & Word, and one to three years of related experience. Experience with SAP financial system is preferred.
