Provides support for distance learning by supporting the instructional designer and assisting faculty and students with technical problems. This position will abide by the guidelines, conditions, policies and procedures set by the Title V, STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) grant and the College. Employment is based on 248 days during full grant year.
Qualifications: A minimum of Associate Degree is required with a degree in computer information systems preferred. Evidence of thorough and accurate knowledge of learning management systems as demonstrated by three years of experience with servers, networks-preferably Citrix, IT infrastructure, lecture capture systems, digital audio/video software, SQL/PLSQL, Microsoft Office, and distance learning equipment. Experience in an educational setting preferred.
Applicant must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Visa sponsorship.
Successful applicant will be required to pass a criminal background check prior to employment.
