This position is responsible for coordinating the activities of the central business office and acts as support for the Central Business Office Manager. Performs various functions including billing and collection for multiple providers, denial management, data entry, supervision of department personnel and additional duties as assigned while conveying a positive image of the clinic and providing excellent customer service. Acts as a back up to all positions within the central business office. Ensures department stewardship for department resources. Promotes and assists in development and deployment of patient satisfaction initiatives. Responsible for assisting CBO Manager in all reporting duties. Routinely identifies and assist in performance improvement/process improvement opportunities and actively participates in these initiatives.
