Responsible for ensuring the sanitation and cleanliness of assigned kitchens and food preparation areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensures compliance to standards set by management in cleanliness of walk in coolers, floors, walls, rolling equipment, small wares, china, glass & silverware to include dishwashing.
· Responsible for keeping assigned work area clean and sanitary.
· Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation.
· Participates as a team member with Food Servers, Utilities, Cooks, Supervisors and any pertinent company employees in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of customer service.
· Responsible for maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record.
· Must be able to maintain appropriate Gaming License.
· Knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
· Assist in other duties and projects as assigned.
