Summer Music Academy conductors will play an essential role in delivering a high-quality pre-college music experience to enrolled students. Conductors will be responsible for rehearsing Academy ensembles on a daily basis, which will culminate in a concert at the end of each week. Conductors will also assist faculty with seating assignments. Conductors will serve as role models to elementary, intermediate, and high school students as these students navigate their own professional and personal goals.
High school division will be held July 14-July 27, 2013, and the Intermediate Division will be held July 28-August 3, 2013.

Undergraduate degree in music or the equivalent combination of education and experience; demonstrated advanced conducting ability; and demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with colleagues required.
