CBE has an immediate opening for a Supervisor of Recruiting. This position will oversee the HR Recruiters and recruiting processes, develop hiring strategies to ensure staffing levels are maintained, work with operations and support management on recruiting needs, and manage the annual recruiting plan. This position with be located at the Corporate office in Cedar Falls.

Job Requirements:
  • BA in HR Management or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Ability to travel to all branch locations when needed
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & mentor the HR Recruiters

Consistent execution of recruiting plan to ensure the right quantity and quality of candidates are being achieved

Able to help our company grow to double the current size

Manage recruiting budget

Continually research new recruiting ideas and tools

Build and maintain an applicant pipeline that aligns with the company’s needs

Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations

Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.

Set recruiting goals based on recruitment planning meeting with VPs (communicate with Recruiters and monitor progress)

Collaborate with the Organizational Development team to set new hire training schedules

Develop relationships with external vendors

Conduct jobs interviews, participate in panel interviews, and attend job fairs

Oversee all aspects of Professional recruiting

Oversee and maintain HRIS Recruiting module

Supervise selection process utilizing CBE’s Affirmative Action Plan

Key Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Interviewing skills and experience

Self-starter with ability to find creative solutions

Social media and advertising knowledge

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams

Demonstrated ability to coach, teach and mentor individuals

Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

Ability to interact with various levels of management and associates
