Works with SPT Manager and Category Managers to examine supplier improvement opportunities.

Supports the cross-pollination of ideas across business partners / value chain.

Improves safety through continuous improvement (CI) efforts.

Proactively ensures supplier compliance to corporate standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Develops presentations and reporting structures for SPT Manager and other Supply Chain and Sr. Leaders across departments.

Teams with other SPT and Supply Chain resources on strategic projects.

Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description.

May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.

Minimum Requirements BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree required.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

1-3 years experience in a professional services environment such as: banking, accounting or consulting preferred.

1-3 years experience in supply chain or continuous improvement in aviation and aerospace preferred.

SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/WORK STYLE:

Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.

Must be skilled in developing and delivering presentations to Manager level.

Proven ability in executing and conducting analysis, as well as synthesizing information.

Must have the ability to properly manage highly sensitive and confidential information.

Must have excellent written and verbal communciation skills.

Must be able to work effectively with fellow Employees as well as outside agencies and organizations.

Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Demonstrated ability to work within specific time frames in both supervised and unsupervised assignments.

Must work well under pressure, be detail oriented, meet deadlines and exhibit excellent organizational skills.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

IT experience with database manipulation and enterprise systems is a plus.

Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.
