SUPPORT DESK TECHNICIAN (TIER III) - ST. CLOUD OR ST. LOUIS PARK, MN
Marco, Inc. is looking to fill a full-time Support Desk Technician (Tier III) position to work out of the St. Cloud or St. Louis Park, MN location. Main responsibilities include:
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience or equivalent experience. Additional qualifications include substantial experience with Cisco Unified Communications systems including CUCM, CUCXN, CUPS, UCCX, CER, CUxAC, CUBE, SRST, H.323/MGCP Gateways, and TelePresence. Successful candidate will have hands-on experience with UCCX configuration and scripting, supporting ASA 55XX firewalls, and CCNA/CCNP level networking skills. Must be self-driven and highly motivated with strong problem solving skills as well as exceptional customer service skills.
- Providing remote technical support for various Cisco IP Telephony platforms including CUCM, CUCXN, CUPS, UCCX, CER, and CUxAC;
- Configuration and support of Cisco VoIP installations including Unified Contact Center Express support, configuration, and scripting;
- Troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading customer environments to provide effective solutions to complex hardware/software problems and;
- Updating and maintaining technical documentation related to network configuration, diagrams, and call flow.
